Department of Finance & Property Development

The Department of Finance & Property Development is committed to managing God’s resources to glorify His name and service His people.  The Department holds in trust all property belonging to the church, and takes all necessary measures for its protection, management and upkeep.  The Department’s fiscal responsibilities include supervising funds for the support of the church; disbursing funds as appropriate; developing long and short-term budgets; and the approval of fund-raising projects.

Culinary Ministry

The culinary ministry provides assistance to other ministries to manage church events by providing certified food handlers to insure that foods consumed are safe.

Safety & Security Ministry

The Safety & Security Ministry ensures and maintains a safe and secure worship experience and environment for all members and guests who attend or visit St. Paul’s Baptist Church through partnerships with the local authorities, and awareness and training for the membership.

Technology Ministry 

The objectives of the technology ministry is to serve and enable through technology, support outreach through design and development of the Church website and social media, support the Church Department and Ministry structure with web based communication tools and improve the church and communities’ use of technology through onsite support in the computer lab and technical tips.

Transportation Ministry

Transportation Ministry provides transportation to and from worship service on Sunday and for other special events, as requested.

Treasurer

The Treasurer is responsible for receiving, depositing, and accounting for all funds of the church and development of the church budget.

Trustees Ministry   

The Trustees Ministry holds in trust all property belongings to the church and takes all necessary measures for its protection, management and upkeep.  The Ministry’s fiscal responsibilities include supervising funds for the support of the church and disbursing funds as appropriate.
